Coach Craig Knapp

I am passionate and gifted to help churches develop and cultivate a positive culture where worship tech teams grow. I have helped many churches transform their team of volunteers into thriving communities. I love shepherding and training people and equipping them to train people in all areas of church technology.

I am an audio and systems engineer with a background in recording, live audio, and television production. I have decades of experience in most aspects of the behind-the-scenes worlds of secular and Christian production, from network TV to intimate concert venues. Still, most of my experience is in worship ministry. I also love planning, designing, and building sets for church stages.

I have served in full-time church ministry since 1995, working in various positions. I volunteered on my church worship tech team from age 13 until God called me to work full-time for his Kingdom. I have worked in many different denominations, which has taught me much about God’s love for us and how we work together as a team for His glory.

I have been married to my very supportive and fantastic wife, Tracy, since 1994; we have two girls, one granddaughter, three crazy dogs, and a cat. I have lived in Colorado for most of my life, and oddly enough, I have never skied.
